These terms apply to workshop registrations sold by DRB Hypnosis, LLC (“DRB Hypnosis,” “we,” “us”) and to use of this website. By registering for a workshop you agree to these terms.

Who we are

DRB Hypnosis, LLC is a Florida limited liability company operating from Vero Beach, Florida. Charges for workshop registrations appear on your statement as DRB HYPNOSIS LLC.

Registration and payment

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is collected at the time of registration through Stripe.
• “Advance registration” and “at-the-door reservation” are distinct ticket classes. Advance registrations are confirmed for lunch and materials; at-the-door seats are released if any remain on the day.
• Capacity is limited. A registration is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

What to expect at a workshop

• Workshops are practical, experiential, and taught in good faith. Results vary. Our materials are not medical advice or a substitute for professional care.
• We ask participants to treat each other with respect. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who disrupts the workshop or makes the environment unsafe for others.
• Recording, photographing, or livestreaming a workshop is not permitted without prior written consent.

Intellectual property

All workshop materials, recordings, text, and images published on this website are the property of DRB Hypnosis, LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to train derivative works without permission. You may share excerpts with attribution for non-commercial purposes.

Health disclaimer

Hypnosis-adjacent practices are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. If you have a history of seizure disorders, dissociative conditions, or other concerns that may be affected by guided introspective practices, please consult your physician before attending. You participate at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRB Hypnosis, LLC and its staff, instructors, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in a workshop or use of this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant workshop.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your registration applies to that registration.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indian River County, Florida.
